We will discuss orientation guidelines and if we both agree it is a good fit, we discuss the next steps!

A 53-60 minute session via HIPAA compliant Zoom link!

Note: You must be located within Washington state for this service!

Private Pay: $200 per session

Insurance accepted through Mindful Therapy Group: Aetna, Cigna, Regence, Premera, Kaiser (WA only), and PacificSource

60 minute session open for individual clients and up to two family members.

Please note that these sessions require lots of planning and scheduling ahead of time.

A commitment to a minimum of 3 individual sessions must be agreed upon prior to booking sessions.
